Don't Police Identity, Manage Behaviour

In the year since the 2025 Supreme Court Ruling, there has been a huge amount of misinformation and legal threats to organisations regarding Trans and Non-Binary inclusion in the workplace. There has been no guidance from the Equality and Human Rights Commission or the government.

As a result, I have produced a short guide that, although not legal advice, provides clear guidelines to help you remain inclusive of all staff while avoiding legal challenges.
